Since the launch of our new content ‘Young Blood’ we’ve been banging in winner after winner, at all sorts of prices, simply from reading names on their family page.
I haven’t seen content like it anywhere and I won’t lie, we’re pretty proud of the work we’re doing atm.
Just in the last month, recent winners include BEAUTIFUL DIAMOND 7/1 and PACKARD 6/4 both last week, a nice little 14/1 double in MALC and and ARC SHADOWFAX the week before and then potential Royal Ascot winner in waiting, JANBAARA at 2’s in May.
There many more previews carrying the W, but I do need to get this newsletter out on time…
14/1 Young Blood double landed for the newsletter. LFG.

Given the success and accuracy of our Young Blood previews, you’ll appreciate why I was pretty f*cking confused yesterday when checking the Windsor result. Our two selections, the most ‘forward’ 2yo’s on pedigree, finished out the back.
Initial thoughts were ‘that’s all I need after the L on Balding’s earlier’ and threw my phone down to go back to looking after Nacho.
Storms just hit us and this lab is one scared pup. Shaking and panting more than me before a big bet.

But then the intern called me to check what stories we were going to talk about in todays newsletter and asked ‘Windsor?’, I was like, wdym?
He meant this:
"They're nowhere near them!"
A far from ideal start to this 2yo 6f contest for the two market leaders...

A flag start in a 2yo race. Are they f*cking mad?
Our Young Blood selection was literally side on when the went off. I mean, now the result makes sense but this situation is a lot bigger than me being butt hurt over a lack of W’s in the days newsletter.
That flag start had a profound effect on the running and results of the race. Not only is the form now complete garbage, but it affected bets and residual value of the horses. Horses owned by people who’ve spent a lot of money getting their horses to the race track now have blemished records next to their assets name.
Quite like the Derby day catastrophe in the Dash (when half the gates didn’t open on time), this sort of event is making racing look a laughing stock.
If Windsor couldn’t run from the gates, in a race over such a short trip that level breaks are paramount, then they should have sacked it off.
And the Dash on Derby day should have been void.
There are simple decisions which maintain fairness in sport. Why is racing shooting itself in the foot time and time again?
Rant over. Now, let’s dive in.
BGP FANTASY LEAGUE COMP
We’ve been hyping up the TOTE’s new Fantasy game since we found it. Why? Simply because there is nothing else out there now which can help people cage the betting chimp while maintaining an emotional interest in the big races of the day.
People bet way too much and the Fantasy allows you to get limited risk on, fill your brain up with the dope it craves and still be in the mix for a big win.
It’s bad racing today - perfect time to play it. If we hit 250 stables, top of the BGP private league get’s a new ‘GM’ cap.

By dual purpose sire GOLDEN HORN, Ralph Becketts filly made herself an 8/1 shot for the Gold Cup having looked quite smart at Newbury the day we backed her. 3 from 4 in her career, its a shame to see her pick up a tendon injury and ending what was looking promising career, so early.
Happy retirement, HASKOY.
Sexy Diane
This week Gr1 Prix de Diane is shaping up to be a tasty race as 18 fillies remain in the contest after yesterdays five day confirmation stage.
Betfred Oaks winner Soul Sister was a surprise inclusion among 18 fillies left in Sunday's Prix de Diane Longines after the first forfeit stage

The Oaks winner SOUL SISTER is one of the surprise entries ahead of the 1m Euro contest though she is ‘unlikely’ to run whereas stablemate RUNNING LION, who was withdrawn at Epsom for being naughty, will represent the Gosdens here instead.
The fellow co-fave at 3’s is BLUE ROSE CEN who was last looking sensational at Longchamp remaining unbeaten will make it a great anglo-french clash.
Elsewhere, the Oaks third, CAERNARFON, is also entered and is currently 12/1.
NEW FEATURE - YOUNG BLOOD
Notes on pedigree, attractive crosses and sales trends
14.10 Salisbury
SKY WIZARD is a son of JAMES GARFIELD, a sire who hasn’t made the fastest start to his stallion career. A length off CHIEF MANKATO who will run in Royal Ascot’s Coventry, he was a 37k yearling whose mother is a sister to GLEN MOSS once rated 105.
EQUITY LAW is a homebred son of EQUIANO. His mother is a sister to DESERT COP who has an entry in the Kings Stand next week. A fast family.
JUNGLE MAC is a son of BUNGLE INTHEJUNGLE who went off fave for debut but was beaten into 6th. an 8k yearling into a 44k breeze up, he’s from a sprinting family, his brother was rated 96 in Meydan.
MAGIC FLUKE was a 40k yearling by DANDY MAN. His brother won a race as a 2yo, his grandam won as a 2yo and she in turn has produced two 2yo winners. Looks speedy and one for the shortlist.
BEN Y BRYN is by ACCLAMATION and out of a DESERT STYLE mare. His bro APLOMB was handy, once rated 102 winning 4 races. Granddam produced ALHEBAYEB who won two races and 2yo including the Horris Hill.
Verdict: No stand out in this race but we’ll side with MAGIC FLUKE as the ew at 8’s to take on the fave we’re not a fan of (on pedigree only). He was prepped for the Craven Breeze up sale before being withdrawn - you’d think he knows his job first time out and hopefully Egan gives him a better run than he did with WARM SPELL on Sunday.
TODAYS RACING
Today’s best stats
14.20 ROYAL BLAZE is as well bred son of MUHAARAR who runs for Tregoning. Trainer and jock are 3 from 3 in these type of races at track.
15.50 TWILIGHT GUEST hasnt won yet, so a leap of faith is required this new trip on fast ground can help him. Queally is 2 from 2 this year at course for trainer.
16.10 ASCRAEUS needs to come back to form but features as the big stat of the day - he’s two from two in the last two runnings of this race (‘22 and 21’), at a price too. Leap of faith he’s been laid out for this race.
These stats do not constitute financial advice. Use to either play the Fantasy league or create a ‘chimp acca’ to allow you to practice good habits and play singles with conviction.
RISK ON
14.40 DAYMER BAY
Good horse for Eve. Went very cheap back end of Bk 1 at the sales we were at. The last three 2yo’s we’ve picked have lost (Sunday and yesterdays) but we’re taking a chance on this lad as we’re well itm with Eve’s lot this season and we’ve been told this just wins today. 13/8 everywhere, full bet.
Note: This is NOT the max bet. The max bet needs a run and we’ll catch him after he’s had his first run.
16.40 ROARING LEGEND
We left him lto, he was turned out to quick after a hard run when we backed him. A longer break now should see him well handicapped and given what he’s working to at home, would be disappointing should he not get the W today. A cliff horse atm who has a bit to prove today but we’re following him in one last time. Again, 13/8 everywhere.
Small double on the above two selections pays nearly 6’s.
