HEADLINE ROUNDUP

TURNERS PREFERENCE

Having suggested that the Brown Advisory was his preference for GREY DAWNING in February, Dan Skelton is now leaning towards the Turners for his gallant grey IF the ground stays soft.

He said: “I have a preference, if the ground is soft, for the Turners but we’ll make a decision a little closer to the time.

“I’m pretty sure the meeting is going to start on soft ground and there could be a bit of drizzle through the week, so two and a half miles on soft ground would be no problem for him and I feel the New course would suit him better as it would bring stamina more into play.”

LAYING DOWN THE LAW
