Let’s dive in.
HEADLINE ROUNDUP
ONE RUN, GO
Donnacha O’Brien is planning to give PORTA FORTUNA one run before a tilt at this season’s Newmarket 1000 Guineas.
Last season’s Group 3 Albany Stakes winner was highly tried as a two-year-old as she won four of her seven races including the Group 1 Cheveley Park Stakes over six furlongs.
🇮🇪 Group One glory for Porta Fortuna!

By CARAVAGGIO out of a mare who won over 1m4f, the eventual step up in trip was always going to suit her and she showed this in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf when she finished second on her first start at a mile.
So, with connections working back from the 1000 Guineas, PORTA FORTUNA is potentially going to get a pipe opener in at Leopardstown on April 7th in the Group 3 1000 Guineas Trial Stakes won last year by NEVER ENDING STORY.
