After a quiet day of tools down yesterday, Saturday is here!

But I'm going to be honest, the racing looks genuinely terrible and it actually might be another day of chimp management...

As I've said all this week, I'm a really big fan of this TOTE Fantasy. Minimal financial input, big potential returns and a carried interest across 7 races for the dopamine fix you need.

We'll set up a league today, join it here using code QHZ36G.

Let's dive tf in.

Headline roundup

John dancing with the devil

Massive racing owner John Dance looks to be in big, big trouble.

The Financial Conduct Authority went to the high court and quickly took over WealthTek (Vertem), a wealth management business owned by John Dance, after serious regulatory issues were identified. A man has been arrested (presumably John Dance?).

This is genuinely massive news for both the racing industry and the finance world.

John Dance's business Vertem not only had millions under management but the prominent racing owner also employs a lot of racing staff in Middleham and is in the middle of building a huge yard headed by James Horton.

What John and his business have done has not yet been released but for the FCA to have taken control and subsequently made an arrest, that isn't good.

We'll report on this story as it develops.

$5 million Queen Elizabeth Stakes

9x Group 1 Aussie champion ANAMOE against the English Group 2 winner DUBAI HONOUR. Who wins?

Shaggas flew down under for DUBAI HONOURS prep and it was all worthwhile. Under Tom Marquand he routed the Aussie baller this morning.

A win for the poms at Royal Randwick is always pretty sweet.

First season sire

Check out the 16.10 in Musselburgh. The highly touted BLUE POINT has his first runner on the ground in BLULE PRINCE.

Charlie Appleby was repping the BLUE POINT merch last year at the sales and rumours are he's going to have a good year. Eye's on and track his runners.

LAND FORCE also has his first runner today. BGP Capital have one by him, bought for the NO NAY NEVER blood line, eyes on him too.

I think that's it for the news atm!
