Equinties - Cheltenham Saturday

Equinties

Gm Equinauts

It’s a big Saturday at Cheltenham and there are lot’s of good (and bad) horses running today, but you don’t need to have money on all of them.

Make sure you play the TOTE FANTASY game to maintain an interest in every big race while locking up the betting chimp. It’s good practice!

Now, let’s dive in.

You’ve all heard of Viagra. The one time, pump and dump pill. Lasts what - 30 minutes? Rubbish.

For the first time ever, Cialis is available without prescription. And boy it’s an absolute game changer.

Approved for medical use only in 2003, the French call it ‘le weekend’ because basically this thing lasts in your system for 3 day.

Boner’s on demand, for 3 three days!

Perfect for a weekend away when you know you’re going to need a little help.

Try it through UK MEDS, use discount code EQUINTIES10 and thank us later.

p.s none of this is medical advice but we’ve tried it…

HEADLINE ROUND UP

DEVASTATING DYSART

Fergal O’Brien said that they’ve “never had anyone so quick” after DYSART ENOS won a hot novice hurdle at Cheltenham yesterday.

Although BEAT THE BAT stuck on up the home straight and pulled well clear of the third, O’Brien’s unbeaten mare was too good and showed a much-improved display of jumping to win for the fifth consecutive time.

She was cut into 4/1 for the Grade 2 Mares’ Novices’ Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival, joint with BRIGHTERDAYSAHEAD and just as a bit of collateral form, Gordon Elliott’s four-year-old beat WILLIAMSTOWNDANCER by nearly 18 lengths on her latest starts, and O’Brien’s five-year-old beat the same horse by 10 lengths in a Grade 2 bumper at Aintree. On this, they are pretty level, so it could be quite a good match in March.

Elsewhere at Cheltenham on Friday, GINNY’S DESTINY got the better of GREY DAWNING in the 2m4f novice chase, a result that caused a bit of debate.

If not for the second-last mistake, he might well have won, but his jumping down the back straight also cost him a few lengths. Interestingly, GREY DAWNING beat GINNY’S DESTINY by five lengths over hurdles in the Grade 2 Leamington Novices’ Hurdle at Warwick in January. Yesterday, the winner got 3lbs in weight from the second and looking at the finish, both horses jumped the second-last upsides but by the time GREY DAWNING got it back together, he was probably three lengths back. He lost by three-quarters-of-a-length and had to build back up to his full speed, so one can say the mistake did cost him the race. But that’s racing.

Back to the winner, he is set to be aimed at the Grade 2 Hampton Novices’ Chase on Warwick Classic Chase Day, a race Nicholls won in 2022 with THREEUNDERTHRUFIVE and in 2021 with NEXT DESTINATION.

HEART BREAK FOR BROOKE

A moment which should have been filled with joy and celebration, WHITE RHINO’s win for the Greenall yard and Henry Brooke was tainted yesterday by the death of their beloved Becher Chase winner GESSKILLE.

Poor old Henry Brooke couldn’t hide his sadness as he broke down on TV when talking about the horse he was ‘indebted to’.
