As we mentioned yesterday, our sponsor UK MEDS have BIG news.
They’ve won a deal to distribute the famous ‘fat loss jab’, OZEMPIC, which Elon Musk has revealed as the reason for his huge weight loss.
Other big names like Charles Barkley and Oprah have been open about their adoption of it too and obviously since Oprah said she was a fan, it’s been constantly out of stock worldwide.
UKMEDS have it though… So if you’re struggling with your weight, use discount link below.
Now, let’s dive in.
WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT?
Approved by the NHS and used by celebrities, OZEMPIC is all the rage.
‘A third of all people who use OZEMPIC for weight loss will lose 10% or more of their bodyweight’ - google said that.
It’s pretty much out of stock everywhere but our sponsor UK MEDS has it… use the link below and our discount code EQUINTIES50 to get £50 off.
All customers will get FREE delivery too.
Remember, EQUINTIES50 for £50 off all orders.
HEADLINE ROUNDUP
WESTOVER RETIRED
Good lord he did not deserve this. Just days after chasing home ACE IMPACT in the Arc, Beckett’s super star came out of the race with a career ending injury and will now retire to stud.
His Arc run was no doubt beautiful performance to finish on but he has been improving all the time and one just feels there was a lot more to come from the big son of FRANKEL.
His GALILEO-like grit and determination will surely him in demand across both codes.
Let’s take a minute to appreciate Westover:
THIS YEAR:
- Gr1 Sheema Classic 🥈
- Gr1 Coronation Cup 🥈
- Gr1 Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud 🥇
- Gr1 King George VI 🥈
- Gr1 Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe 🥈Superb horse.

ANGUS STRIKES GOLD
The final day of Book 1 at the October Yearling Sales concluded yesterday. Godolphin and Coolmore have been trading blows all week, each responsible for the soaring averages, and each under the watchful gaze of Shadwell owner HRH Sheikha Hissa who was biding her time, waiting for the right one. Waiting for Lot 492.
😍 The Frankel first foal out of Gr.1 Cheveley Park winner Millisle becomes another yearling to break a million guineas at #TattsOctober Book 1, with @WatershipStud's filly bought by @ShadwellStud for 1,600,000gns.

By FRANKEL, out of the 2019 Group 1 Cheveley Park Stakes-winning MILLISLE, Shadwell went to 1.6m Guineas to secure her. Seeing off attention from Al Shira’aa Farms, Sheikha Hissa was intent on landing MILLISLE’s first foal with racing manager Angus Gold commenting: “I saw her on the farm and loved her there and Sheikha Hissa absolutely loved her when she saw her up there. I told her she’d make a lot of money but she said, ‘We need some fillies for the stud”.
Shadwell’s purchase was the only sale to reach the milli mark yesterday, next closest was another FRANKEL colt at 950,000gns as Coolmore continued to operate open wallet surgery.
Lot 483: Fittocks Stud's Frankel colt out of the Listed-placed Oasis Dream mare Materialistic is hammered down to MV Magnier and White Birch Farm for 950,000gns.

Alongside Peter Brant, MV Magnier outbid Juddmonte’s Simon Mockridge to secure the well-bred colt who is a grandson of the Lancashire Oaks-winning PONGEE and is out of the Listed winner MATERIALISTIC.
BIN LADEN BUYING AREOPLANES
The name Bin Laden and UK horse racing is a combination that many didn’t expect to see side-by-side, yet the Racing Post revealed an article yesterday showing that Mohammed Saleh Bin Laden, a prominent member of the Bin Laden family, had spent 1.75 million guineas on seven fillies at the Tattersalls Book 1 Sale.
Under the name of Salhia Stud Limited, Bin Laden is listed as the majority shareholder in the company and is no stranger to the racing game as he owns Al Salhia Stud, a purebred Arabian facility based on the outskirts of Jeddah.
Naturally, Racing X had a field day:
Mohammed Saleh Bin Laden added that if his 2yos are aeroplanes they'll be aimed at America.

Hossam Alsaady, a director of Salhia Stud, said: “It’s a long-term project. What we are doing is inspired by Juddmonte, who are Saudi, and I believe they started off with ten fillies and have grown to where they are now. That said, if we see a colt that we like then we will take a chase with him too.
“We want to be here in the UK for a long time and we are going to be investing in horses at the sales for the next few years.”
CHAMPION STAKES SHAKE UP
MOSTAHDAF was slashed into 3/1 favouritism for the Group 1 Champion Stakes at Ascot yesterday as joint-trainer John Gosden shared that he is “looking towards” the 1m2f contest later this month.
The five-year-old by FRANKEL produced a HUGE performance under a brilliant Frankie to beat NASHWA and PADDINGTON in the Juddmonte International last time out, but with the sights set on the Breeders’ Cup, he was a general 8/1 chance on Thursday morning.

However, following comments from Gosden on his next start, his price tumbled as connections could take in the Champion Stakes en route to the Breeders’ Cup.
Gosden said: “Mostahdaf breezed nicely on Wednesday morning and we are on weather watch, but we are looking towards the Champion Stakes providing the ground is in his favour.
“He won on soft as a three-year-old, but all of his best form has been on a sounder surface so we are hoping for this heatwave they say is coming.”
STATS OF THE DAY
15.30 COSMIC VIEW goes for Gary Moore at his local track. He’s won this race twice before and placed twice in it the last 6 years.
Big Don is a bit out of form but is going for the hat trick in the 15.45 and sends GENERAL OFFICER today.
RISK ON
14.47 SCENIC looks good leverage at 4/5 for another bet but we can’t find it yet. Will post to twitter @equinties is one stands out.
